Seiler LLP, one of the nation’s leading advisory, tax, and accounting firms in the high-net-worth and closely held business space, is pleased to announce the firm has again been recognized as one of the Bay Area’s preeminent employers as part of the San Francisco Business Times’ and Silicon Valley Business Journal’s annual “Best Places to Work” awards. 2023 marks the firm’s 5th time making it onto the competitive list since 2017.

The rankings, which sort employers based on size, are determined through comprehensive employee questionnaires requesting in-depth feedback on crucial business building blocks, such as compensation and benefits packages, culture, leadership, and management practices, among others. Seiler, which ranked #15 among companies with 100-199 employees working in the Greater Bay Area – improving from #21 just the year before – is considered exceptional in each of the qualifying categories.
