David is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 15 years of experience. He holds expertise in the following disciplines:
- Tax consulting and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families
- Estate, gift, trust, and philanthropic planning for individuals and families
- Business tax planning and compliance for partnerships, limited liability companies, and corporations
- Representation of clients before federal and state tax authorities
- Tax and accounting clients include privately held businesses, start-ups, investment companies, real estate and high-net-worth individuals and trusts
David began his public accounting career at Seiler in 2006; he became a Partner in 2022.
