Joe Fernandez featured speaker at TEI-SJSU’s Annual High Tech Tax Institute

Joe Fernandez, Tax Partner, was a featured speaker at the 39th Annual High Tech Tax Institute on November 6, 2023. Joe and his co-speakers, Jonathan Dixon (FinCEN, Dept. of the Treasury) and Elizabeth McMorrow (Elizabeth A. McMorrow Law LLC) presented “The Corporate Transparency Act – Are You Ready to Register?” session. Together, they noted what tax professionals should know and when they should act, including altering clients and corporate colleagues of what to do.
