“Throughout her eight years at Seiler, Laura has excelled in providing sophisticated tax planning, compliance, and accounting services to our clients,” said George D. Marinos, Seiler’s Chief Executive Officer. “We are proud to welcome her to the partnership and look forward to her experience and talents continuing to benefit our growing clientele.”
Olson joined Seiler in 2012 as a Tax Senior Manager and has spent more than 20 years assisting corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts in tax planning and compliance. Her clients include multi-generational family groups and individuals in the high-net-worth space. She is a member of the firm’s Tax Committee, which helps provide guidance around technical tax matters and policy at the firm. “It’s a privilege to be named partner and join such a gifted group of colleagues in leading the firm into a new decade,” said Olson. “Seiler’s friendly and forward-thinking culture has proven a great fit for me since day one, and I look forward to continuing to grow my career here.”
Olson is active in professional organizations and within her community. She sits on the board for Art in Action, which makes arts education available to K-8 students nationwide. She has served as president of the Peninsula Chapter of CalCPA, on the Menlo College Advisory Board, and as a trustee for the CalCPA Education Foundation.
