Miran Kim

Miran is an accountant with more than 10 years of experience. Her expertise in accounting for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families as well as financial administration includes:

• Internal controls, design and implementation for family offices and private companies
• Preparing monthly, quarterly and annual personal financial statements, including reconciling investment accounts, as well as cash management, forecasting and projections
• Complex partnership accounting, including reconciliations of client’s revenues and inter-company accounts, AP, AR, distributions and contributions
• Private foundation accounting, including cash forecasting, cash management and tax compliance
• Preparing clients’ annual budgets and cash flow projections, including monitoring budgets to actuals and providing spending reports for individuals and families
