Kathy Yang, CPA
Principal
Kathy is a CPA with 10 years of experience. She holds particular expertise in the following disciplines:
- Federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning for partnerships, corporations, limited liability companies, estates, trusts, and private foundations
- Tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families, with an emphasis on individual income tax, and fiduciary income tax
- Real estate partnerships, Section 704(b) step up/down computations, section 754 basis adjustment, state sourcing, and tracking partner’s tax basis for real estate companies
Prior to joining Seiler in 2017, Kathy served as a Tax Accountant at both GROCO CPAs and Advisors, and Kimberly Perry, CPA; as a Staff Senior Accountant at HK & Company, LLP; and as an Accountant at MH Union Corp.
