Alison Proctor

Alison is a Certified Public Accountant with 20 years of experience providing tax planning and compliance services to high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational family groups, and emerging wealth individuals. In addition to working with several large family groups, Alison is a part of the emerging wealth practice group, serving the unique needs of founders, entrepreneurs and executives.

She holds expertise in the following disciplines:

• Tax advisory and compliance for partnerships, corporations, individuals and trusts
• Stock option and compensation planning
• Estate, gift, and charitable giving advisory
• Industry expertise with real estate, high-tech, and professional services businesses

Alison joined Seiler in 2002 at the beginning of her career. She has been a Partner since 2017.
