Firm promotes two partners who started their careers at the firm right out of college

Seiler LLP, one of the country’s leading advisory, tax, and accounting firms in the high-net-worth space, announced today its class of new partners for this year: Alison Proctor and Anthony Rozenvasser.

“Alison and Anthony started their careers with us right out of college and I’ve witnessed firsthand their remarkable professional growth over the years,” said George Marinos, Seiler’s CEO. “Both of them embody our firm’s commitment to technical expertise and client service, and I’m proud to welcome them as partners.”

Alison Proctor joined Seiler in 2002 as a campus hire. Over the years, Alison has focused her expertise on emerging wealth individuals, high-net-worth individuals, and multi-generational families. She has extensive experience in tax planning and compliance, estate and charitable giving matters, stock options, and business planning. She also works with a number of partnerships, privately-held businesses, and trusts. In 2016, Alison became the President of the Peninsula/Silicon Valley Chapter of CalCPA. She also serves as treasurer for StarVista, a community development organization based in San Carlos, and the Foster City Elementary School PTA.

“I’ve been with Seiler for more than 14 years, and I’m excited to continue to grow with an organization that serves a diverse range of clients and values a collaborative approach,” said Proctor.

Anthony Rozenvasser also joined the firm in 2002 as a campus recruit. Anthony has extensive experience helping high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families with their tax planning and compliance. Anthony’s expertise also extends to tax advisory and compliance for partnerships, corporations and trusts. Anthony is a member of the Scholarship Committee of the Peninsula/Silicon Valley Chapter of the CalCPA. He is also a member of the audit committee of the Jewish Community Federation, and serves as the co-chair to the finance committee of Business Leadership Council, a sub-group of the Jewish Community Federation.

“Working firsthand with clients to meet their tax planning and other financial needs is the most rewarding part of my practice,” said Rozenvasser. “Seiler has provided the ideal environment for me to grow personally and professionally and I’m delighted to be named partner.”
