Luanna, a Certified Public Accountant with more than 20 years of experience, holds expertise in the following disciplines:
- Tax planning and compliance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families, trusts, partnerships and private foundations
- Business and accounting services for high-net-worth individuals, multi-generational families and their closely held business entities
- Representation of clients before federal and state taxing authorities
Luanna started her career at OUM & Co. LLP. She joined Seiler in 2007 and rejoined in 2016 as a Principal after serving as a Tax Director at Village Properties. She became a Partner in 2022. Luanna is an active volunteer leader in her local school PTAs.
