Lisa is a Certified Public Accountant with 12 years of experience and a focus on real estate firms and professional services businesses. She holds particular expertise with:
- Tax advisory and compliance, as well as business and accounting services, for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Tax advisory, planning, compliance, and consulting regarding complex tax and financial transactions for real estate firms, investment partnerships, LLCs, and professional services companies
- Quarterly tax estimates, tax extensions, and tax advance payments for federal and state taxes
Lisa began her career at Seiler in 2010. She then served as a Senior Tax Associate with BDO in New York, and as a Senior Tax Manager with ACM LLP in Denver. She rejoined Seiler in 2019.
