Irina is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 18 years of experience in private and public accounting. She holds expertise in the following disciplines:
- Family office services for ultra-high-net-worth families and individuals
- Partnership, trust, and foundation accounting
- Corporate and international accounting
- Complex financial reporting and analysis
- Budgeting, forecasting, and cash management
- Tax packages and various tax returns preparation assistance
- Internal control system implementation and improvement
Prior to joining Seiler in 2014, Irina served as Corporate Controller at Genmark Automation, Senior Accountant at Opus Capital, and as an accounting consultant to OutForce LLC. She is fluent in Russian.
