David is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience. He holds expertise in the following disciplines:
- Income, tax, estate and financial planning for high-net-worth individuals and families
- Tax planning and preparation of federal and state tax returns for closely held corporations, partnerships, trusts, and estates
- Federal and state tax audits
- Tax planning and consulting for complex tax and financial transactions for real estate, investment partnerships, and professional services companies
Prior to joining Seiler in 2014, David served as a Tax Director for Aronson LLC, a Tax Partner for Berman Goldman & Ribakow LLP, and a Senior Tax Manager for Cherry, Bekaert & Holland.
