Angela Siu, CPA

Angela is a Certified Public Accountant with over 15 years of experience. She holds expertise in the following disciplines:

• Tax planning and compliance for high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families, with an emphasis on individual tax, fiduciary income tax, and estate tax
• Federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning for corporations, partnerships, and limited liability companies
• Quarterly tax estimates, tax extensions, and tax advance payments for federal and state taxes
• Foreign tax filings, including FBAR, PFIC, 5471, 5472, and 8938
• Representation of clients before taxing authorities
• Strong knowledge of stock options and other equity compensation structures
• Multi-state taxation, including research on nexus and other tax reporting requirements
• Experience in general accounting services, such as preparation of financial statements, quarterly and annual payroll, sales tax returns, and 1099s

Prior to joining Seiler in 2017, Angela served as a junior manager at Chek Tan and Company, LLP and staff accountant at SDG-CLK, Inc.
