Alissa Van Leuven is a Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years of experience, with a specialization in family office accounting. She has expertise in the following disciplines:

• Complex financial planning and business governance for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and multi-generational families
• Internal controls review, design, implementation, and best practices recommendations for family offices, private family foundations, and public companies
• Estate, gift, and charitable giving advisory/planning
• Consultation for complex accounting and financial transactions for not-for-profit entities, private equity, retail, high-tech, start-ups, professional services, and wholesale distributors
• Consultation on complex U.S. GAAP accounting issues

Alissa joined Seiler in 2019. She served previously as Controller at Overlook Investments, Inc. and at Cool Effect, Inc. Prior to that, she was Vice President of Finance at Samuel Hubbard Shoe Company LLC and Rosewood Stone Group. She began her career as an auditor at Ernst & Young.
