Corrine is a Certified Public Accountant with more than 35 years of experience. She is a specialist in complex, multi-generational ultra-high-net-worth families, and works with her clients on their tax planning and compliance for their individual income taxation as well as the various entities, philanthropic, and business interests. Corrine has expertise with:
- Tax compliance and planning for ultra-high-net-worth individuals and families
- Taxation of family partnerships, investment partnerships, hedge funds, real estate partnerships and other entity types
- Trust and estate advisory and compliance
- Aircraft accounting, including familiarity with the various aspects of aircraft purchasing, sales and use tax, and business use of personal aircraft
- Various high-net-worth cross-border tax matters, including passive foreign investments (Form 8621), reporting of foreign bank and financial accounts (FBAR), information returns regarding certain foreign corporates (Form 5471), and foreign account tax compliance act (FATCA) registration (Form 8957)
- Formation and structuring of private foundations, and other philanthropic structures and planning
- Personal accounting around budgeting and projections
- Tax-focused evaluations of investments
Corrine began her career at Seiler in 1982, and rejoined in 2004 after serving as an accounting manager for Alma Management Corporation.
